How to claim
Email us within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a photo or short video clearly showing the damage or fault. We will review your claim within 2 business days and issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
What is not covered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, submerging beyond normal use or intentional damage
- Claims made after 30 days of the delivery date
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Water damage caused by failure to properly seal the battery compartment before use
- Claims without photo or video evidence of the issue
