How to claim

Email us within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a photo or short video clearly showing the damage or fault. We will review your claim within 2 business days and issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

What is not covered

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Damage caused by misuse, dropping, submerging beyond normal use or intentional damage
